Group 9 got all senior lecturers for their wardround. Almost all of them are consultant. I think its not fair lorh..[ktorg yg grup 10 pon nk rase diorg]
Group 10 just got junior lecturers. But, what a relief, dr. alizan, dr.margeret (in group 9)…are super duper strict person. [dr margeret penah tampar patient kot]. But, certain student said, she is nice…[huhu~ depends on her mood]
Just now, I accompany Syamil clerking patient [jd chaperon die jap~]. He’s funny!!! [profuse sweating…reason : da sebulan xpakai labcoat..haha..;D]..
H/o said dis patient is worth about rm50,000. She received most expensive DIVC regimen…so, they need to keep an eye on her…[make sure she is not dead!]. She’s suffered from MVA. Got some kind of intraabdominal injury most probably due to liver laceration…
Hm…ok..tomorrow hv seminar on haematuria &bladder obstruction.[baca jgn xbac..hehe..;D]
