btw, cRp (Community Residency Programme) is compulsory for all phase 3A MBBS student in UM. Location: Perak (1/3/2010 - 19/3/2010)
5 districts...Manjung, Perak Tengah (Bota), Perak Hilir (teluk Intan), Batang Padang (Tapah), Batu gajah...40 students per district...n i'm in Bota grup [Haha..ramai geng]
act, objectives of this prog is to make us a better doctors in da future...by going to rural community, get to know the old folks, ask some questionnaire and doing medical checkup..[really learn sumthg new, yeah!;D]. Then analyzing data using spss [hard time here..(o_0)], come out with presentations and reports [ehem2 adib buat report je, but at least buat keja! haha]

28/2 - from HtAr (Hospi. Tengku Ampuan Rahimah, Klang) at 9am, stop at R &R Tapah..eat lunch...reached IKBN in Seri ISkandar at 1pm. [huh..perak sgt panas!!]
1/3 - 1st meeting wif all ketua kg..our was tok sidang Hairi..gi umah die..borak2, mkn minum, amik map..then aritu gak wat mapping
2-4/3 - start village visit..my partner : Lim Ki Hui [kiwi gurl..hihi..nice knowing her]..huhu sgt pnas! berjalan di tengah2 kg mencari rumah..[adib menjadi sedikit gelap..huhu (T_T)] tq to mael coz kdg2 bg aircond viva die tuh kt kteorg..hihi..byk gler cabaran2 yg ditempuhi..tp ape yg penting??>> kerjasama! [hehe..;D]
4/3 - last day village visit.. after dat, we went to..[jeng2! our 1st 'riang ria' venue] >> Pusat Konservasi Tuntung!!! [;D]..mengenali tuntung...dpt gak ilmu tuntung, klua dr HTAR nieh!
5/3 - start analyzing ur data..huh..conpius wif all the nums...tengahari> jenjalan gi Ipoh..[huh! xde pape yg best pon], malam> jenjalan kat Lumut...best gler...makan kat Lumut Waterfront..ikan siakap 3rase!!! then, xsah klu xshopping! [ tp nyesal xbeli handbag arituh!!]
6/3 - went to Ipoh again...act, abg fiza kawin, so..kteorg ni dtg mkn je la!!!hehe... then, at
2pm..Teluk Batik [pulak daa...jln je keja!]...xmandi laut pon, but shopping lagi! hehe...klaka gler bdk2 pompuan ni maen banana bot..kena hentam ngan ombak 2x! seb baik xputus nyawa! adoyai..risau gler time tuh...heh..teman ni idak la teringin nk naek bot tuh...sebab teman da penah naek dlu kt PD...keh3[:p]7/3 - ulu chepor waterfall..[yea2! air tengojun!* happy mode*]..haha..pelbagai gaya, aksi..[adib berjaya wat aksi terjun brani tanggung sendri! 2x!]...then lunch kt JJ Ipoh [ipoh lagi...kfc je pon]..lalu adib tershopping lagi..hehe..perfume body shop [bye2 my money..hihi]
8/3 - field visit...start wif Tapak Pelupusan Sampah Perak Tengah [*busuk gler*]...balik terus mandi kot..abes beg miki ak berbau juge! [huhu..(T_T)]..ptg plak, gi Loji Pembersihan Air..not paying attention...kerana Perak sgt panas!!! [cian..blame on Perak again..huhu~kampong ayah ku kot!]
9/3 - community service at Sek Agama Rakyat Al-Makbuliah kat kg kteorg..Kg Pdg Marhom.
Motivate n teach them a proper diet, don smoke campaign..[good response from them] Pastu, celebrate bday mael la pulak [hihi..best2!]10/3 - Kilang Rosegar [rotisegar]..zaki menjadi reporter terhebat di saat dan ketika itu..[haha..;D]
11/3 - Loji Kumbahan in UTP...[again, lencun peloh!!]... terserempak ngan Ilmiah, my ex sculmate, dormmate [Samura, luv sarjen 1 <3]
12/3 - balik umah...
byk gak tempat xgi...Kellis castle, gua tempurung...bla3! ceh..enuf adib! jln je keja nye!!! Indeed, lots of fun, really enjoy cRp and almost 1 month, my brain free from any books! huhu~[ gonna miss dis moment]
here we go, next posting is surgery!...[muahaha..deme kata sgt free posting nie!]..but, i'll make my self busy...[xde keja...carik keja lor]...akan ku lawat ward 3, 4 dgn kerap! heheh...Wah..xsabor nk masuk A &E [ngenge~] Study, study n study!!!! exam. exam n exam..[huhu~]
