aiiiigoooo...again...retrovirus disease (HIV) patient...got tB sumore....urghh...actually, i could do better than that...huh...because of nervousness and all the panic, anxiety disorder plus the new duck facemask!....haila.....but at least respiratory examination xde la susah mane pon...(love respi!!! ^__^) and i managed to get the important signs: clubbing, coarse creps...~ ala...tapi tak ternampak pulak mantoux test kat forearm die tadi...hish! surgical scar pon....huwaaaaa...
ms: 'this is an indian gentleman....*breathless*...he is alert, concious and ....*breathless*...not tachypnoiec...however, he's on nasal prong bla3....'(hello...patient nampak ok...but i'm in respiratory distress with the sob coz nervous and the facemask!)...bla3...
Prof I: 'have u seen anything ...which can lead to ur diagnosis?'
ms: 'erm..*silence for 5 secs) nothing...its looked normal...unless rashes all over the chest..*nervous2* (what the fish!...rashes mende ngan HIV, TB nih!)
Dr C: 'so, with all the findings...whats ur provisional diagnosis?'
ms: 'bronchiectasis...as evidenced by....bla2' differential...bla3'
Prof I: 'your examination is good...well, u missed few important signs...hmmm...u should improved on your presentation and for the discussion....fairly good~' *smile tp muka macam xpuas hati @__@*
alhamdullillah....examiners sangat baik! can't wait for tomorrow....wanna go home so badly...last paper for eop medicine~
p/s: last year HIV gak....neuro exmaination *hate neuro!*
