the end of my surgical posting~~
i got a nice patient with a nice examiner, Dr Lau

gallstone..just an easy case
for current admission, she had an epigastric pain
wif history of gallstone plus multiple liver abscess

but the history..
urgh..seriously its not good enough..[:-(]
i should put the past history of gallstone at the upper part of the history!!!

seriously..forgot about that...[astaghfirullah..]
how could i forgot such important things like that!..[huhu]
even it just an eop (end of posting) exam..hm..

at the very last few minutes...
i became very blurr..dr lau said...

'u are not telling me the diagnosis!'

'your history all mixing up and down!'

'you need to tell me in chronological order!'

'so whats your diagnosis??'

"acute pancreatitis secondary to gallstone.."

'after all the investigation u said just now, how do u think to prevent this condition?'

adib blurr and blurr! blurr3x!
the term of 'cholecystectomy' is not comes out on that time!
[huuuwaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!]
eventhough the dr did not critic me wif the words of 'rubbish', 'bad', 'stupid'..
but i still feel that 'its the very poorest history from me!!!'
really..need to struggle more on history taking
and practice presenting the case...
